A: We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date confirmed. Popular dates can fill up quickly, sometimes a year or more in advance, especially during peak wedding seasons.

Q: Do you offer both photography and videography services?
A: Yes, we offer both! You can book them separately or as a package. Booking both services with us ensures a seamless, cohesive approach to capturing your day.

Q: Where are you based, and do you travel for weddings?
A: We’re based all over GTA and love traveling for weddings! Whether your event is local or a destination, we’re happy to discuss travel arrangements and costs.

Q: Do you have experience with different cultural or religious ceremonies?
A: Absolutely! We’ve had the honor of working with couples from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds and take pride in capturing the unique traditions of every celebration.

Q: How many photos will we receive, and how are they delivered?
A: You’ll typically receive a modest amount of edited photos, depending on the package you choose. They’ll be delivered via an online gallery where you can download, share, customize (hide whatever photos you dont want to share) and even order prints.

Q: Do you edit all the photos?
A: Yes, every photo you receive will be professionally edited to ensure consistent quality and style.

Q: Can we request specific shots or provide a shot list?
A: Definitely! We welcome your input and love working with couples to ensure we capture all the must-have moments. However, we also use our expertise to document candid moments and details you may not think of.

Q: What is included in the wedding video package?
A: Our video packages typically include a Teaser video (1 minute long, a highlight reel (5–7 minutes) and a full-length documentary-style video (15–30 minutes) capturing the ceremony and key moments. Custom packages are available upon request.

Q: What is your deposit structure, cancellation, license and extension policy?
A: 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 50% remainder due two weeks prior to your wedding date.

License Policy
Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.

Q: How early will you arrive on the wedding day?
A: We usually arrive 15-30 minutes in the morning to capture getting-ready moments and key details. We’ll coordinate with you ahead of time to finalize the timeline.

Q: Do you work with a second shooter?
A: Yes, most of our packages include a second shooter to ensure we don’t miss any moments. For smaller weddings, a single photographer/videographer option is available.

Q: What if it rains or the weather changes?
A: We’re skilled at adapting to all conditions! Whether it’s an indoor location or capturing creative shots in the rain, we’ll make sure your day is beautifully documented.

Q: Can we extend our hours?
A: Hours may be extended with mutual consent. The hourly package rate will apply.

Q: Do you offer albums or printed products?
A: Yes, we offer custom-designed photo albums and a variety of print options. Let us know if you’d like to include these in your package.

Q: Will we own the rights to our photos and videos?
A: You’ll have personal use rights, meaning you can print, share, and enjoy them as you like. We may use some for our portfolio or marketing purposes.
